Affiliate Program Policy

Effective Date: 02 Sep 2023 Welcome to papmall® Affiliate Program ("Program") is a collaboration program between papmall® and its user partners (joining the Program as “Affiliates”). This is a great way to increase your income online by sharing papmall® products and promotions with people. For every successful purchase is made, affiliates will receive a commission in accordance with the commission rate listed below. By participating in this Program, you also agree to comply with the following policies and guidelines.

1. Eligibility Criteria

The papmall® Affiliate Program is open to everyone who is interested in affiliate marketing and wishes to increase income through this method. Our users, influencers, and website owners, can join the Program as long as they meet the following criteria:

Have at least one suitable medium for promoting papmall®’s products, such as websites, social media, apps, etc. Having experience with digital marketing in general or affiliate marketing, in particular, will make it easier for you to increase your income in this field.
Comply with all current applicable laws and regulations.
Agree to abide by these Program policies and guidelines.

Once papmall® approves your application, you can start advertising papmall®’s products right away.

2. Application and Approval Process

Step 1: Register as an affiliate at: https://www.papmall.com/affiliate-registration
Step 2: Wait for approval through a notification via email (including a link to the affiliate dashboard).
Step 3: Select products and create affiliate links (*).
Step 4: Promote products through the affiliate links on various affiliate channels (website, social media, app, etc.).
Step 5: Monitor the affiliate dashboard to track the number of purchases made through the affiliate links, commission amounts, and other relevant information.

(*) To create an affiliate link, in your affiliate dashboard, go to Generate Affiliate URL, paste the product's affiliate link in the URL box then click Generate.

3. How does papmall® Affiliate Program work?

The Program allows affiliates to promote products on papmall® using affiliate product referral links. When customers click on the link you have shared, they will be redirected to that product on papmall.com. Affiliates will get their commission only when the purchase is successfully made. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the product price and varies depending on the product category. If the buyer closes their tab without completing the purchase, you will not earn a commission. However, if they later return to the website through your link and complete the purchase, the commission will be credited.

4. Commission Structure & Payment Policies

Commission Structure

Commissions are calculated based on the commission structure of papmall®. Tiered commission structures or performance-based incentives may apply. The Commission structure is as below:

Commission rate = papmall® Commission rate = 4% item cost

papmall® Commission rate: 4% on item cost.

Payment Policies

The affiliate commission is paid on the 15th and 30th of each month.
A minimum payout threshold of US$10 must be reached before receiving a payment.
Payment methods include PayPal and bank transfers.

5. Compliance and Ethical Guidelines

Affiliates must engage in ethical marketing practices at all times.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, spamming, false advertising, or deceptive practices.
Affiliates must comply with all current relevant laws and regulations

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for promoting papmall® and its products/services through approved marketing channels.
Affiliates must not make misleading claims about papmall® or its offerings.
Transparent disclosure of the affiliate relationship is required in all promotional materials.

7. Prohibited Activities

Prohibited activities include self-purchases, click fraud, cookie stuffing, or any other fraudulent or unethical practices.
Engaging in prohibited activities may result in immediate termination from the Program.

8. Tracking and Reporting

We use a tracking system to monitor clicks, conversions, and commissions.
Reports are available to affiliates in real-time through the affiliate dashboard.

9. Termination and Dispute Resolution

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate relationship at our discretion.
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with our dispute resolution process.

10. Marketing Collateral and Branding

Affiliates may access and use approved marketing collateral, including banners, text links, and product descriptions.
Use of papmall®'s brand assets and trademarks must comply with our branding guidelines.

11. Reporting and Performance Reviews

We may conduct periodic performance reviews.
Non-performing affiliates may be subject to account suspension or termination.

12. Program Changes and Notifications

We reserve the right to update Program policies and guidelines.
Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.

13. Anti-Fraud Measures

We have anti-fraud measures in place to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
Affiliates are encouraged to report any suspicious activities.

14. Confidentiality

Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information or sensitive data shared with them.

15. Termination and Account Closure

Affiliates may close their accounts at any time by contacting our support team. By participating in the papmall® Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Program policies and guidelines. Violation of these policies may result in account suspension or termination. papmall® reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any policy changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
