Our protection plans guarantee that if the products you buy from us stop working or if they malfunction, we will send you a replacement. The only thing you'll have to do is cover the shipping charges.

If you decide to return you unwanted purchase, please contact us to request a start of your return processing. We will request some information from you to verify your purchase. If a replacement requested, you will receive it within 7-10 business days. Shipping and handling charges may apply per replaced item.

We offer prepaid return labels when shipping your item back. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. If your returned product does not pass our inspection process, it may not be eligible for a refund. We are not responsible for the shipping fee to send back any product deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.
